  4. Severe harsh dry cough. Baby's problem!

Severe harsh dry cough
My baby is having a severe harsh dry cough continually and a running nose for the last four days and watever medicines I give it's not getting cure and it's increasing only .she is not able to breathe properly and could not able to cough properly also Pls give some suggestions how to cure my baby's problem
