Severe hair loss and more. Symptoms?

For about two years now I have been having these symptoms: severe hair loss on my head/scalp, my periods are not the same as they were when i felt healthy..though i get them almost regularly, hot flashes during daytime and also cold hands and feet..these hot flashes/ cold feet and hands alternate or sometimes can happen at the same time, eczema (atopic skin?) here and there and around eyes and mouth, keratosis pilaris(chicken flesh like looking skin on my legs and arms), appearing new moles(here and there on my body+face) and hyperpigmentation especially on face arms and a bit on my legs, weak nails, sticky stools, irritated ear piercing when I use earrings which is something that I never had before with the same earrings. What causes all these symptoms? Thank You
