I work from home and have a very sedentary lifestyle, due to which I do not feel hungry at times and have only upto one meal in a day.
Because of this I've gained a lot of weight and also induced gastric issues onto myself.
Since my family already has a history of stomach ulcers and gastric issues.
Can you please suggest a solution for this?
