Give your child the below medicine
Syp Azithromycin200mg 1 teaspoon once a day
SypFlucold DS 1 teaspoon ful three times a day
Syp Axalin 1/2 teaspoon ful three times a day
All Medicines for 5 days
If after 3 days no improvement consult a PAEDIATRICIAN
