History suggests theres no fever.
I think it is less likely of infective origin, and could be more of allergic variety.
Need to know if there is history of Allergy/Asthama in family of either parents or siblings.
Kindly see your pediatrician, as he is in better position to guide you.

SypFlucold DS 1 teaspoon ful three times a day
Syp Axalin 1/2 teaspoon ful three times a day
All Medicines for 5 days
