Severe cramps and back pain
Hi doctor, my period date was on 30th March today I experienced heavy cramps n back pain I had to take meftal spas n pain reduced , I did home pregnancy test 2 times I'm nt pregnant , I'm also having thyroid n pcod , last month also I missed period but took deviry n I got periods , my question is what could be reason for sudden cramps is it sign of period nearing or any serious issues
