  4. Severe cough. 12 kg and iz not eating!

My 4 year old son had cough from last one and half month.. N doc said no need to give anything it's viral infection but now he has started coughing very badly with vomitings n fever.. Cold.. Cough.. Pain in abdomen... I gave antibiotics for one week he was OK after that for one week and today again fever.. Cough.. Cold.. Plz suggest what to do... Doc has suggested to give antibiotics of double strength thiz time... He has lost weight 2 months before he was 16 kg now he is 12 kg and iz not eating
