Severe cold
Hi i delivered baby in January. Now I m suffering with severe cold and body pains. I m having dolo only as it safe during breast feeding. But I dint get any relief with it. I read in Google having zinc cold medicine is safe for both breast feeding and it doesn't effect my lactation as well.. Is it really safe to have it or I should continue with dolo

There are a lot of medications which you can take if you are having sore throat and cold which are totally safe during breastfeeding for you and your baby... I am telling few measures which you can follow have warm saline gargles... steam inhalation three times daily ....tablet Crocin as and when needed in case of fever ... tablet Cetirizine 5 milligram at bedtime for 3 Nights ... you can also use otrivin nasal drops if you have nasal blockage twice daily
Next Steps
antibiotics can also be added ...for that you can consult with me directly online..
