Severe bodyache,weakness
I have been experiencing severe bodyache which includes headache and stomach-ache to a greater extent since last 3 days. Also my body has become weak and sometimes i experience fever. Can i know the reason of this sudden gesture and also the required medication for it. I am not able to recover from this inspite of taking rest
