Severe body pain
Hello 19 days back i delivered twin babies via c sec.. As m alone i have to do housework also.from last night m having severe body pain ..not able to hold even baby in arms..pls Suggest med for pain..

Hi U need to take good food , rest , adequate fluids . U wil need help with house work n also with taking care of two babies . Continue iron n calcium.supplement n protein powder . For pain,  u cn use crocin .

Take proper diet , focus on protein,fruit,vegetables,fiber-rich food,fats like nuts, and seeds, take the supplements as prescribed by your doctor. U could take pain killers for the pain. Take calcium and vit D3 supplements. Give your body , time to heal!
