Severe before and during menstrual cycle
My aunt is 38 years old. She had cyst in her left ovary. therefore she undergone left ovariotomy as per doctor advise in 2011. Currently she is have severe pain every months 10 days before each menstrual cycle. She again consulted doctor. Ultrasound report shown normal uterus and ovary. Her doctor suggested to remove uterus. Pain cud be because of ovulation and adherent ovary as she is having pain 10 days prior to menses.. if pain is there even during menses then uterus has to b taken out otherwise adhesions has to b released laparoscopically..
