Severe back pain since morning
Hi doctors
My wife is 22weeks pregnant. She is having simpl cyst of 5 cm detected in last ultrasounds at 8 weeks and 17 th weeks.
She is taking calcium iron folic acid and vitamin d3 softgels weekly.
She is having continuous pain since morning . I have given paracetamol 500 mg once in morning but no relief . What can I use.
Can I give ibrufen tablet or diclofeneac tab or spray or gel.
Pls help she is resting because of pain

No except Crocin don’t give my pain killer . There should be a reason for pain and that has to be evaluated
