Severe back pain

I am facing a severe back pain during my mensuration. If on 4th or 5th day.. my back pain still remains to be severe. Same is happening with me from last 2 years but with time i could see the pain getting increase.

Most likely it is spinal spondylosis and to be confirm get a spine xray done. Also take tablet Zerodol-SP 1 tab daily 2-3 times a day as per requirement according to pain. You also need to wear lunbar support belt and take bed rest as much as possible. Do not use pillow or mattress. Take calcium tab shellcall 1 tab daily and hoy fomentation with hot water bag at your back daily.
