Severe anxiety convincing me I have HIV

I've been an absolute wreck. In December I had unprotected oral sex (he ejaculated in my mouth without warning) and protected vaginal sex with someone who I don't know their status. It was only one night. I then very shortly after began to have diarrhea/loose stools that lasted for 3 months until I started taking probiotics.
