Severe anemia with tar colored stool

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I m suffer severe anemia at my pregnency and preterm birth and baby died .after 6 months it follows some times with somany symptoms like tar stool,head ache,fatigue ,tiredness ,breathing promblm etc
