Why do I get severe abdominal pain during 1st days of period it lasts for whole day , it's not like a normal menstrual cramp. what would it be? & how to cure it at home?

Please get a sonography of the lower abdomen done and consult a Gynaecologist. Most of the time the pain is functional. It has no discernible cause. But sonography is required to confirm that.

It's normal to get pain during periods that is called dysmenorrhea you can get an ultrasound done to find out any other pathological reason you can use a warm water bottle or take an  anti-spasmodic
