TX – • Sumatriptan 25-100mg PO x 1, may repeat after 2 hours. Max 200mg per day. DihydroErgotamine nasal spray 0.5/spray, 1 spray QNostril Q15min x 2, OR Ergotamine sublingual 270mg QD, OR Ergotamine/Caffeine 1mg/100mg, 1-2 tabs PO Q30 min PRN. Max 6 per day, or 10 per week. Others: Beta blockers, TCAs, anti-seizure meds Prevention Avoidance of precipitating factors like bright light, loud music etc
