Servere back and neck pain

Asked for Female, 15 Years

Whenever I have a little drink of alcohol with my friends I get servere pain in my throat like a huge lump and can not swallow I also get a back pain in the top middle of my back and it's so unbareable It makes me cry and scream I'm only a 15 year old female coming up 16 soon and I would just like to know what's what's wrong if it is anything?
