You seem to have lot of acidity which is causing headache.    Take avipattikar choorna 1 tspn three times a day half hr after meals with Luke warm water and himcocid regularly 1 tspn 3 times a day.   Avoid acidic food & late night staying awake. Take medicines regularly for 2 months.
