Hi 28f.Serum prolactin 89.53 by CMIA method. Symptoms-Upper back middle back pain since Nov 2020 (less when lying on bed more in the morning while stretching or doing work or sitting)left hand and breast pain and discomfort Head left side numb ness and twitching eyes left eye on and off since 2 months On and off feverish symptoms but no temp Milky discharge from nipples since a week Tablets -Using respiridon 1 mg daily once at night since 10 days Milky discharge we noticed 7th day after the use of resperidon Other tabs using sodium valproate 200 mg twice Clonazepam half daily Is it due to brain tumour (pituitary tumour )or breast related cancer etc ??plz answer iam very much worried have small baby

Are you breastfeeding your baby, your symptoms could be related to calcium deficit rather than prolactin Resperdone itself can increase prolactin and it would be best to visit an endocrinologist to clarify
