Having on off excessive urine issues ( excess urine volume) Since 1 month with excess thrist.. All reports are fine ( kidney function, urine routine analysis, Blood test, cbc, cholesterol, TSH, Electrolytes) But serum osmolality is 307.. What should i do next? Any medicine or suggestions
