I am under Dibetic medication. My today's report shows high Serum Triglyserides. Why is it so? Should I be worried about it?

It is sign of Extreme insulin Resistance, insulin deficiency and possibly poor sugar control. It can also increase due to other various factors like alcohol intake etc. Fasting TG 411 is very high as post meal TG value must be going above 500 which is high risk for pancreatitis. Good medicines are available to control this along with your sugar.
