Serum is not coming during sex time

Hello sir, from last month during the sex i m not getting satisfaction due to serum r sperm in not coming. actually my physcetrist treatment is running from last one months thats why, and in this month urine is stopped due to medicine according to Dr. suggestion my all tests are normal. so i a worried about it because of this thing. please help me
