I'm 41 years old,male.Have diabetes since 6 years,hypertension since 2 years My serum creatinine level is 1.09 mg/dl (lab's normal range : 0.60-1.30 mg/dl) E-Gfr is 87 Blood Urea,Serum Potassium,Urine ACR,Urine Routine,Urine Culture,USG : Normal ARE MY KIDNEYS OK ???

Your creatinine level is within the normal limits,you don't have any renal impairment.It is essential for you keep the glucose levels and BP under control to prevent kidney issues.Check your urine micro albumin too.
