Serious attention required please read whole paragraph My name is Bilal am male age 28 height 6 feet weight 80kg M feeling dull pain with palpitations at left side of chest with come and go pain and heavyness at centre of chest some time feels a vein/artery is vibrating at left side of chest from last 40-45 days it go worse when lay down at night bad when sitting on chair it between bad and fair when stand up or walk Stomach condition:too much burps after and before meal with always feeling hea
