Nasal crusts are usually one of the manay causes for nasal block post nasal surgery . If u hav tried to remove the crusts it would have caused bleeding . However there are multiple other causes for nasal bleed including infection. I advise u to visit your operating surgeon for further evaluation and management
Next Steps
consult operating surgeon for evaluation of bleeding and nasal block

Hello,
Nasal bleeding is not a normal thing, it may occur due to vigorously blowout of mucus or by nasal pricking.
Bleeding itself had a lot of causes.
Coming to your nasal blockage, it may be because of nasal crusting due to the silastic sheet.
Did u use any nasal spray after the septoplasty?
Do you have any allergic symtpoms?
Because allergy is most often a cause for nasal blockage after septum or turbinate surgery.
Till you visit your operative surgeon start Nasal drops to stop bleeding.
