I have a problem I guess whenever I masterbate after me getting orgasm I feel around the tip of my penis(pore/hole) region gets sensitive like if I touch it I can feel the sensitivity. Like it's definitely not normal like before. This happens just a moment after I get orgasm and all fluid(semen) comes out at that moment only. After few minutes it will be normal I won't feel sensitive around that area. Is this a concern? Should I be worried? Is this normal?
