Care AI Shimmer
Hi! 20 years is a long time. It means that the oral cleaning regime you have set for yourself needs modifications.
Next Steps
1. Use ultra soft brush and decent toothpaste. 2. Start brushing twice a day without fail. Proper brushing technique needs to be used too. 3. Add mouthwash to your oral care. Use it once a day, preferably after lunch (To set a routine first). 4. Not down your sugar consumption for 7 days. Each and every intake. And share it with your dentist.
Health Tips
1. Get an OPG done, just to be sure of the cause of halitosis (Bad breath). CONSULT @ EARLIEST!

Go for dental check up,May be some cavity or issues of poor oral hygiene. Don’t look for cheap dental treatment facilities,or charitable type of dental clinics they will do unnecessary treatment and not cure your main problem..
