I feel dizzy, drowsy, sleepy all the time. Bodily weakness, numbness and tingling sensation in limbs, sometimes shivering, a heavy head all the time. Pain behind ears as if a shock or a pin for some time which cures by itself, Twitching below left eye. Don't know what it is but I need help. Having since long time! Pls.

history of fever recently is required... post viral fever symptoms do present like this... on a safer side consult physician to look for this multiple presentations....
