Doctor, I'm 15 years old. My weight is 100 KG (aprox.). While I eat hard roti (means which was prepared hours ago before eating), i feel that it is going down through my esophagus. I have no other problems but I get occasional food reflux if i eat much at a time and doctor told me that it is because of my weight. Now, is it normal to feel that the food is going down while eating hard roti? Please help, doctor!

This is in your hands.
When you know that you have that feeling when you have hard ROTI, why do you eat hard ROTI? You are only 15 years old. You can't be so busy that you have no time to eat.
