Why did you get a semen analysis done? What was the reason behind it. The report shows low sperm motility which might result in difficulty having a baby. Plus you also have some pus cells and rbcs. It's better to consult a doctor preferably a urologist who'll guide you for further tests and do a detail examination and evaluation of the problem and then provide appropriate treatment if needed.
