I am secreting too much pre cum and my semen also become sticky and changed in consistancy. Color is whitish and normal.Have been diagnosed with kidney stone (10 mm) in ureter.

From what you've described here, there seems nothing wrong with your semen. And there's nothing called as too much pre-cum. It's a natural fluid secreted in response to sexual excitation.
Your kidney stones have nothing to do with this.
