Semen leakage and muscle tare(in cough)

I am 20 years and i am weight lifter 1 year before I had a muscle tare in my cough muscle ,I visited ortho doctor he said it is a minor problem but due to semen leakage muscle tare doesn't cured .I had muscle tare and semen leakage problem this two form a loop and affect my daily routine. So please help me doctor.

Hello Actually its the lubricating fluid that comes out from penis when aroused. It doesn't cause any weekness and doesn't have any relation with recovery of muscles injury. It will go spontaneously once you become sexually active.
