I am away from my wife for the past two months. I have had two nightfalls and semen in my urine almost 10 times during these two months.
Majorly this happens when I urinate after being aroused for sometime. Suppose I am heavily aroused in the noon for some reason and when I urinate in the evening, I could find several drops( 5 to 10) drops of semen in urine. I dont seem to have any orgasm during that arousal.
I dont masturbate as I wanted to use this time apart from my wife for practising spirituality and celibacy. But I am worried about this. Is it normal? Should I be worried about this? Does this liquid actually contain sperm? After this leakage happens there is exhaustion and a very little pain in my penis for 30 mins.
I am amrried for almost 3 years and I have no problems during sex and me and my wife have not planned for a baby yet.

Garlic, onions, spring onions and leeks all contain stuff that’s good for you. A study at the Child’s Health Institute in Cape Town found that eating raw garlic helped fight serious childhood infections. Heat destroys these properties, so eat yours raw, wash it down with fruit juice or, if you’re a sissy, have it in tablet form.
