Semen analysis results

Hi doctor My husband got his semen analysis done. he is 31 yrs old.. we have been married for 2 yrs now & started trying for baby since February this year. His report says normal morphology, quantity is 2.5ml.. normal viscosity... liquefaction 30 mins.. count 50 million/ml..for 60 mins study, actively progressively motile is 25% slowly progressively motile 20% & non motile 35% but they also say normal morphology head defects 40% tail & mid piece 10% each... the impression is mild asthenozoospermia... we both are really worried... can u pls have a look at these details and let us know is this a severe problem for pregnancy ?? it would be of great help.
