Semen analysis report
We are facing unexplained infertility since 4 years, my husband semen report attached, may you please advise is it any need to go for sperm DNA fragmentation test ...or need any other test for sperm

Hv u done a test called hsg ... hystersalpingography to see if tubes r open or not
Ovalution induction with letrozole n timed intercourse can be tried
If no success
Iui can be tried

Semen analysis is fine . If other factors are ruled out you can go for intrauterine insemination for 3 cycles but without detail history it’s very difficult to assess a couple for infertility
