Dear patient, It seems that you are having some issues with your sperm count. Firstly, get yourself tested and retested from a different lab after 3 days of abstinence period (no ejaculation of any sort for 3 days). If your report still comes similar to your 1st one and it shows some abnormalities in sperm count then you need to take treatment for low Sperm count.
