Hi .ur semen analysis report is normal .u both should indulge in intercourse during corect fertile period.she should also have a regular periods to calculate the approximate fertile period.don’t worry about conceiveing if it’s now only four months over ,u can try upto one year if not conceive u both couple have to investigate for the reason (male and female both can be the cause for infertility).
