Hi Pravin,
There is no value of a single semen analysis report. As the sperm production has a great fluctuations during the day and in between the day as well.
To confirm we need to check after 3 months again.
Also you do not have less count according to the WHO 2010 criteria.
Next Steps
Repeat after 3 months. Regular exercise and quitting of smoking, tobacco ( if at all there is something )
