Second pregnancy precautions

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My wife is now second time pregnant and it's two month pregnant. My first child has problem at the time of birth. It was normal delivery and it was stuck and major operation was done. The child is unconscious and put on ventilator.. It has microcephaly and celebral palsy . So I want to know what precautions I should take and which test I do.
