Was it a normal delivery or c section, were there any other complications in first pregnancy, the answer depends on that. In general , reduced gap between two deliveries will cause nutritional issues and deficiencies, anemia in females.

Just you should be more careful about the nutritional deficiencies
Regular iron n calcium supplements
If needed protein supplements would do better
