  4. Second period in 15 days. She is facing?

Second period in 15 days
My wife had a normal cycle of menstruation. She got her periods on 1st of march which lasted for 2 days and on 5th day there was some stains and spottings(same day we had sex). Later on 12 or 13 day she experienced a heavy blood flow and she said it's a period and by the end of month she is experiencing nausea and she fainted twice. Is she pregnant or any other issue she is facing ?
