Scrotum Cyst

I have cyst on my scrotum. It's a case of multiple cyst. I haven't had a check up but searched on the internet and am quite sure. It has been there for like 4-5 years. It causes no trouble but now i want it to be removed. Which doctor should i visit?? Skin or sexual health?? What will be the cost?? Is it painful??

Most probably they are sebaceous cysts in scrotum. if you want to get rid of them, need to have a surgical procedure. if there are many may have to do in stages
