Few months back i had a accident on my motorbike having scrotal injury. I didn't visit doctor then. Now my left testis is displaced and sperm count is also reduced. What i need to do now?

Do colour doppler of the scrotum to rule out any abnormalities. Generally the accident will not produce this sperm abnormalities unless there's a serious injury to the scrotum has occurred
