I got scratched by my puppy on the arm. my skin was broken and slighting bleeding. i washed with water and antibiotic soap for a long time and applied antiseptic ointment. the puppy is 3 months old and hasn't done the rabies vaccine yet. i want to know if i need to see a doctor and get a shot.
