  3. Scratch by a dog. Suggest me urgently.

Sir, My son got scratched on last Thursday night but it was not known to anybody even to him(my son) while went to neibours house. They have a pet dog. We came to know about the scratch yesterday night only. He is doubting that the scratch might be happenned by the dog. If the scratch is happened by the dog then how to go for that to overcome it. Pls suggest me urgently.
