Sclap Hematom is Dangerous ?
Good Afternoon Sir/ Mam My son was fall from Bed Got right side forehead swelling, after CT scan we come to know he got SCALP Hematoma. It around 15 days he fell but we see continuous improvement. I am worried, what next we should do ? Is it's need surgery? Or can be treated through medicine? No medicine has been provided by current doctor except multivitamin syrup.{Zincovit} Please suggest

Hello Scalp haematoma is not dangerous.. It gets resolve on its own,  as it already is improving.  Don't worry,  continue same treatment.  Just keep close watch,  as we should avoid these falls,  which can lead to serious injuries. Take care
