Scared of Cervical Cancer

I had sexual intercourse with my boyfriend, he was wearing condom but the case is i havent got any cervical vaccine yet. I also dont know if he has warts on his penis, but it said that i cant get genital warts if we have protection. I am giving him oral sex but when I do he is not wearing condom. Is it possible that he or I have HPV? or can i get cervical caner?
