Scar/wound in penis head
Hi I am having 3 hair size punchers on glans of penis (inner portion/head of penis) for two days it was pretty much fine but from 3rd day on problem has started , unable to touch the penis , severe pain while urination and the punchers have turned into wounds now , please suggest the best Remedy.
