  4. Scanty periods. What could it be?

In a 31 year old woman. Unmarried. I have noticed my period glow has been scanty for almost 6 months now. No issues follows cycle on time but scanty like I like manage with a single pad all day long and its still not soaked almost dry. Earlier I would have to change atleast 4 pads in the day. What could it be? My haemoglobin levels are also normal 13.
