Scanty periods

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had my last period on 5th Aug,2018 which was quite less in amount. This month my periods came 2 days early but very little. I am sexually active but always use precaution. I also took a urine pregnancy check but it was negative. Can there still be any chance of pregnancy?.what can be the reason for such little blood flow.?.
